Sri Narasimhaswami Temple is one of the biggest temple in Kerala. The temple is situated at east kadungalloor, aluva. The presiding diety is Narasimham (Incarnation of Vishnu as "man-lion.").
The festival in Sri Narasimhaswami temple is in the month of Medam(April) and the celebrations are spread over a period of 8 days. The festival starts with the hoisting of the temple flag on the dwajasthamba. The festival ends with "Arattu" to Aluva Mahadeva Temple.
